After being out of the swing of things for a week or so on my poorly bed I feel I’m back to it this morning with a cheeky little 5K!

You would think being on leave from work would make it easier but I feel all out of sync!

Back to work and routine on Saturday so hopefully will get back into my regular running!

Happy with times etc this morning... not my best but not my worst either at 34.33 mins.

Would love to get it to 30 mins but time and patience!

Oh and I ran the last 0.5K naked cos my headphones ran out of juice .... I wasn’t a fan I could hear my ragged deep breathing 🙈

Happy running everyone ❤️

Lol I can hear my breathing over the music 😬 That’s a great time!

Well done. That’s quick for a first run back.

It seems to be about my pace. I feel fine if I stick to it and not too tired or out of puff. I’m hoping it improves with greater fitness. These PG runs have been a bit sporadic to say the least. Next run Friday all being well so will see how I do then 🙈

You and me both, hon. I don't think the occasional good-taste innuendo will bring down the Wrath of Tim tho.... xx

I don’t think it was intentionally an innuendo .... more brain not functioning on all cylinders at that time in the morning 🤔 xx

It made me laugh anyway. Which may or not be a "good thing" :-) xx
