Ok so I nearly died! First run I have found really tough. Probably didn't help that I was worried about the 3 minutes and just wasn't feeling it today. I ll console myself with the fact that I completed it even though I had to really slow down.
I suppose I won't be mproving if I don't struggle?!

Slow is good... and yes they’re tough. You got through it though, so you are tougher and mentally strong. Relax as much as possible before the run, and tell yourself that you can do it, counter the doubts in your head.
I really think it's about going out there , no great expectations. One run at a rime. I panted on the 1 min runs on w1. I have never enjoyed running. But i was determined.
I am now on w7 running 25 mins and dare i say looking forward to my run days! It is an amazing programme and it really works! You just have to believe in yourself.
