If my pace is about 8.10 how long would it take to run 5k? Sorry to sound dense!

Is it 8:10 per km or 8:10 something else?

8:10 x 5 = 40:50 👌🏽

Just over 40 mins.

Others have done the maths for you, but I wonder what is behind your question.

Ninety percent of runners on this forum do not complete 5k in 30 minutes at graduation and many never do, so do not worry, it is not a requirement for graduation.

Speed will increase in time.
