Woohoo I’m so proud of myself 😊 I never thought that I would complete C25K but I have 🤪. I can run for 30 minutes without stopping woohoo 🙌
I can’t actually believe it but it’s done ✅. Found it really hard though as ended up running at a different time to usual, with tired legs and a lack of sleep 😴.
