After a heavy weekend of eating rubbish food and drinking numerous pints I was a little worried about this mornings run.. however it felt so good to get out there and get running! Got loads of motivation today and loving it, pushed myself harder & I’m getting quicker every run! Now to move onto week 2 on Wednesday!
