Well done and keep it up...I've just started as well, dragging hubby and the dog along for moral support :-)

My hubby ran with me, haven’t risked the dogs yet - I’d probably end up tripping over them πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Welcome. See what you did there? Do it again in two days... follow the programme, go slow, learn about hydration, and trust both yourself and the guys that devised and modified the plan. Update here with anything good or not so good about your experiences as you go for support and great advice. Relax and go every run and you’ll be just fine.

Running will eventually help a lot with weight, and your fitness will improve faster than you think possible... see that impossible half hour run? You can be doing it in 8 weeks from today.

Great decision to start this, well done.
