Was worried about this one but made it through. The second half of the last two runs were particularly tough. Seems a trifle compared to what's to come but I guess that's the journey.
Have recovered quickly but felt tough whilst out there. Hoping that I can actually physically cope with this, no reason why not but it's the doubt creeping in.
Also just previewed W5 - I have no words......(I know, if you've seen my posting history!)

You'll be surprised how your body will up it's game for wk5. I've never found any of the runs easy - I don't think anyone does as most people on here are starting from very little fitness. I have discovered I actually like running tho😁
Well done on almost being half way - and don't worry about what's ahead - just do one run at a time and you'll get there.
Don't want to know about week 5 yet, 😥 done week4 R2 today think it's getting a bit easier but it is a killer on the legs so I'm going to exercise to strengthen them up, I already cycle and go to the gym!!
