9 weeks, 27 runs & a lot of pain later I can officially say I’m a Graduate of C25K 😁 Typical my graduation run was in this mornings downpour, drowned rat comes to mind (even my knickers were soaking!) 🤣 but Iv done it!!! Please excuse my no make-up, post run, drowned rat selfie Im just a bit chuffed Iv stuck with this program till the end 🏆

I ran in a downpour 🤣 squelching feet and soaking wet knickers this morning 🤣🤣🤣🤣 first time Iv ended up running in the rain too 👍🏼
