My hubby loves running and said Iโd get to love it after a few weeks hmmm Iโve not fallen yet lol. But stay with it even after a few short weeks youโll find you can do things you couldnโt. Iโm approx 5st over weight and very unfit and by week 3 I could walk from town to my hubbyโs works carpark in one go where as before Iโd have to stop half way and have a rest. I also used to suffer with my calves locking if I walked too far too fast now that has stopped happening. Keep going hun you can do it, itโs mind over matter. Slow and steady, join the band of Snails we have on here. ๐๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐๐๐ฝโโ๏ธ๐
