Really didnt fรจel like doing it tonight but feel good that I have completed week 1....only 8 more to go!!! Hoping I can do it

My hubby loves running and said Iโ€™d get to love it after a few weeks hmmm Iโ€™ve not fallen yet lol. But stay with it even after a few short weeks youโ€™ll find you can do things you couldnโ€™t. Iโ€™m approx 5st over weight and very unfit and by week 3 I could walk from town to my hubbyโ€™s works carpark in one go where as before Iโ€™d have to stop half way and have a rest. I also used to suffer with my calves locking if I walked too far too fast now that has stopped happening. Keep going hun you can do it, itโ€™s mind over matter. Slow and steady, join the band of Snails we have on here. ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ๐ŸŒ

Well done. You can do it. Relax and go on your next run, donโ€™t think about the time, or the pace, just run it comfortably and youโ€™ll be at the cooldown feeling great.
