Well done!!!!I know what you mean- it’s hard fitting in time with school holidays. But it’s so important to look after ourselves - makes the kids proud too!!

You did great! That smiley will go further and further right as you progress. Keep on doing it and you’ll amaze yourself with a half hour run in about two months. You can do it.
