Runs deleted from Couchto5k app

I got to the end of week 7 and when I went to do my first run of week 8 today I found that all my recorded past runs had disappeared from the app.

How can I get my past runs back on record?

(The only thing I can think of that I might've done wrong is that, although I have been leaving one day's break twice a week, and two day's break once a week, I have for the first time just left a 3-day break between runs as I was too busy to do a run yesterday.)

I know on the Active 10 forum we have had a few hiccups like that lately but the information has returned so I hope that happens In your case. Unfortunately we are here to support and motivate and don’t have any input with the app.

You can just fast forward through each run and save them again. 😎
