I have done it !

I have just finished my R3W1 and my god ! Today it was harder than the others. I can't explain but I felt more tired and it was more difficult to rest between 2 runs. Maybe because there was a little wind... Whatever ! I did it !

Do someone has advices about breathing because I fell out of breath all along the session and struggle recovering during the walk periods.

Thanks for your tips !

Have a nice week-end ;)

Well done completing W1-a great achievement (I’ve only just finished W5r3).

The wonderful Laura says in week 2 (I think) to time your breaths with your stride- breathe in through your nose for 4 and out through your mouth for 4. It made a massive difference for me.

Well done and keep going x

Bravo! Well done, have fun with the next week.

Some days are just different to others as they are in all aspects of life. Hydration and nutrition can be a part of it, or maybe you just didn’t sleep as well. You’ll probably be feeling better next time you run.

Breathing is covered in some of the commentaries on the podcast and the in app encouragement, but seasoned runners here have said to just breathe normally and it will come. If you are out of breath, slow down a little.
