After doing the first run of week two and feeling horrendous about how hard I found it, I took everyone’s advice and took it slower for day two. I realised I think I was exhausting myself too early in the run and that’s why I was finding it too hard. Taking it slower meant I still felt challenged and it definitely broke a sweat but it wasn’t unbearable. I’m actually looking forward to day three of week two now! Thank you to anyone who gave me advice on here.
