So I’ve graduated, I’m also signed up for a 10K mid-September which I know I won’t be able to run all of it but want to run as much as I can. Can anybody recommended anything to help me push myself further ?
I have the ZenLabs 10K app, has anyone else used it ? I haven’t tried it yet.

My first advise it to find out your 5km time. Then calculate your 1km time x 10km. This will give you a good base to find out if you ran it all how long would it take. I would then take that figure and works out how long you think you actually want to run for and build a walk/ run training plan that fit in with that with gentle running increases. That way you will be prepared for your event in your own way.
