Started C25K last week when temperatures were up to 29 degrees so last night’s run in 17 degrees was bliss in comparison! Felt real sense of achievement getting to the end of run 1 week 2 but I have been struggling with stiff/sore knees after every run - any advice? Put ice on them last night which seemed to help a bit but not sure if it’s my running style causing it or just my general unfitness!!

Sore knees are pretty normal for many people after starting the programme. It's usually the muscles complaining about being active!
Make sure you stretch after each run

and take an extra rest day between runs if you need to.
Also try a longer warm up, say 10 minutes.
And well done for getting to week 2 🙂

Hi Flamingo38, it’s not just you, I’ve had tender knees all the way from week 1 to week 8. What I found works for me is a liberal application of biofreeze gel and an extra day of rest. You’ll be good to go again in no time
