Week 4 run 3


Set my alarm early and got out and did it. After the first run of this week i was convinced I'd be repeating this week forever... but now I'm happy with my progress and ready to move on to week 5. It's incredible to see the progress! My whole run was 2 miles, so if i ran more than i walked i must have run a mile in total... to me that's incredible, something I've certainly never achieved before!
