I was definitely training my unfit mind today. My body coped fine, but my mind kept telling me you've run enough,it's ok to stop. I pushed these thoughts to the back of my head and kept going and only went and did it!

Thanks Antonioa. Good luck for Saturday. I'm sure you will be fine. This run is a mental battle. Physically you have reached a level where 20 mins running is achievable if your head will just let you do it
