Just back from w5 r3 and I actually did it, ran for 20 mins all at once! Can't believe this because I was sooooo unfit only 5 weeks ago. It was tough but I really wanted to complete it even if I was pretty much at snail pace for the last 5 minutes. How did anyone else find this week? Xx

Hi Sammully i did the same run yest, it was tough in parts (Laura's "you've only got 2 minutes left....." - as usual the longest two minutes of the run began!) but I finished and am still buzzing this morning. Well done to you, roll on week 6! Congratulations 😀

It's a massive sense of achievement completing that run, I think it really gives you a confidence boost.

Beware though, going back to intervals next week has caught some people out (me included!) so remember to take it steady and don't get ahead of yourself :-)

Superb well done ☺it is a huge milestone to tick off and you have done it 😊

Well done! I did mine yesterday and it was more of a mental challenge than a physical one. Good luck with week 6, after the jump in wk 5 from run 2 to run 3 I was a bit scared of looking but it doesn't seem too bad, but will take on board what others have said about taking it steady !

Also completed W5R3 yesterday. I stood on the treadmill thinking there was no chance, got the first 5 minutes over then, to be honest, I think I found it easier than the previous two runs, just settled into a rhythm and kept going trying to ignore the clock. It was a long last 5 minutes though!
