Bottled W5R3 so re ran W5R2

Opened W5R3 this morning to see 5 min warm up walk followed by 20 mins running with no walking rest periods then 5 mins warm down walk. Completely bottled it and went back to R2 with my two 8 min runs and found it easier than Saturday morning when I did it.

Determined to try R3 tomorrow morning now and see how it goes.... 😐

Ahhhh you’ll be fine, really! Just relax into the 10 minute run (after all, you’ve done 8 minutes a few times and it’s only 120 seconds more!)

Any discomfort in body or breathing, just slow right down and you’ll smash it! 🏃‍♀️😀🏃‍♀️

Good luck! 😀😀

It will be fine, I promise! Tell your brain to take a break for run 3 and just let your legs take over; they know what to do. Impossible as it sounds, you are ready to run for 20 minutes. You've got this.

Give it a go and you’ll do great. The programme will have set you up for this run. Let us know how you go on and you’ll feel great when you’ve done it 😁

If you've done 2... you're ready for 3. Just listen to the app and do what the mentor says. The feeling you'll get when you've cracked it is soooo worth it. Don't deny yourself that triumph! 👍😉

Run slow n steady.... I was a little phased with this run... as I have read, along with many others.. but actually I found it easier not walking... it gave me chance to find a rhythm.. you will smash it 😀

Ps.... like the name. We have a caravan in a small village called Beer in Devon.😁

Thanks for the advice, good news is I completed run 3 this morning and loved it. Amazed myself that I did it and completed it. Still had more to give at the end (maybe another 2 mins). Never knew there was a place called Beer, must visit there with my hubby x
