So I will start W8 today with new good shoes. They feel really comfortable and I am excited to do the 28 minutes challenge. W7 was tough already but let's see. Any advise! Fire away!

That’s it 👍😃🏃‍♂️

Oh, and have FUN 😁

Go and enjoy it... only 3 minutes extra on what you did last week, and next week it’s only two. Relax... look at all the runs you’ve completed so far and remember where you started out. The advantage you have now is you ARE a runner, with new shoes too!

Think of the 4 x 25 minutes you recently smashed! Even if you found them hard, you still did them, so you know you can do it again - and the additional 3 minutes won’t be a problem if you maintain a lovely slow relaxed pace from the outset!

Have fun and don’t forget to tell us how it went! Good luck! 🏃‍♀️❤️🏃‍♀️😀🏃‍♂️😀👍🏻
