Week 3, run 1 🤩


Did a 10 min hiit workout in the garden yesterday for my rest day from running and woke this morning aching from head to toe. The last thing I wanted to do was go out and run but talked myself into it and I feel amazing! I ran the 3 minutes at a snails 🐌 pace but I did it without collapsing for breath and my last run I carried on a little further because it felt so comfortable I didn’t want to stop. Feeling very happy and very sweaty 🏃‍♀️
