Well with anxiety as hadnt run for a week i did run 3 of week 4

I did it

Actually it wasnt easy at the begining and boy was i happy 2 hear the half wag bell but i did it.upper back ok but radox tnite and roll on tuesday

My humble tip

I never look at what the next week brings...if i did i probably wouldnt do it but once you are up.out and ready you wouldnt just turn around and gk home

I like to know what's coming so that I can compile a playlist the fits the routine. I always start with a 5 min track for the warm up walk then as each run or walk section ends so the song changes. I also try to plot a route that crosses the road during the walk phases, though 25 minute run no walk will be tricky.
