Completed last run of week 2 and feeling good. It’s slightly cooler this morning which helped so managed to push myself on the runs a little as it was nice having a cool breeze on me. Can feel it in my thighs that I will ache tomorrow but I enjoyed being out and although I’m not going that far or that fast it’s great knowing your doing better than people that don’t do anything and your getting some fresh air in the lungs

Well done for getting out there. Aches in the thighs thighs is something that will be around for a while.😀. I know whenever I do a speed run my thighs are going to ache the next day but it is how they grow and get stronger so as you progress only some runs with have the ache.

I know and it’s actually an ache I like coz you know you e got it from hard work. I’m looking forward to getting back out tomorrow 👍🏻
