Hip sore in night again so think it’s best I don’t aggravate it -toyed with the idea of just going but know it’s not the best idea so I shall rest until Thursday then see what happens 😢😢

Google chair cardio for some great seated workouts you can do instead to work up a sweat and feel better for doing something 👍😁

Tell me about it. I broke a toe just after graduation... I'd have broken another by hand if it could have fixed the first! 🤣
Once its feeling better you need to look at some stetches and changes to routine to loosen that hip up or it will probably keep nagging. A couple of days off isn't that bad in the big picture though 👍😁
What a shame, but sensible to rest it. It would be worse still to aggravate it and be out of action even longer.
Ever tried yoga? It’s as gentle as you want it to be. I personally do it at home, and the series I use has loads of videos targeted for specific parts of the bod.
Just an idea, but no matter what, take care of yourself and you’ll be up and running again soon I’m sure! 🏃♀️😀👍🏻
