I am away on holiday and whilst away in the country can’t find anywhere suitable to run questions I will be doing a lot of walking so will this suffice I really don’t want to go backwards. We are away for just over a week. The alternative is there is a steep hill nearby which I could practice running up. Please help.

Some push yourself walking will keep you nice and fit... I push up to 4mph if I’m testing my knees. Swim if you can too.
Running fitness won’t vanish on you, so no need to worry... but if you have gym access 😈

Enjoy your holiday. I graduated just over a couple of weeks ago and then didn't run as life got super busy. On Thursday I did a week 9 run no problems despite thinking I should have some after the gap
Today I did 20 mins run (walk before and after like normal) as it was the middle of the day and warm. What I didn't know at the time was 2 hours later I would be running the same route again chasing my 5 year old on his bike. Ready for wine now.
