...completed W3R3 earlier today, in new surroundings (I'm in Findhorn for some Yoga workshops -I'm a Yoga teacher lol). I've really enjoyed this week -particularly playing with pacing (slowed it right down) and stride length(s).

Well done, I completed W3R3 earlier. It feels better already- I feel I am making real progress, the endorphins have kicked in and Iβm really enjoying it. Looking forward to week 4- also registered for my first 5k in October. Aiming for the New York half marathon in March 2020.
