Hi Guys and Gals, I’ve just finished my 2W and I’m feeling great, my breathing a little better but not great but it’s not affecting my run, so I know it will get better with time. Loving it 🏃♀️❤️

That jump to week 3 scared me; doubling the 90 seconds and I like you have trouble with the breathing. Feels like my throat is on fire with the sharp intakes of breath.. as others have said I anticipate it will improve in the coming weeks.. trying to follow the guides advice of breath in on the left step and put 10 steps later had me almost passing out
