WK6 R2 changing it up in the Surrey Hills!

I’m visiting my brother and his family for a week and looking after my niece (who’s keeping me in a constant supply of smiles and giggles!)

I was worried I wouldn’t commit to fitting in my WK6 runs while I was here, but my brother showed me some of his routes and I’ve done two runs so far! Whoop whoop!! 🙌🏻

However, it’s not my usual road running, instead it’s a lot more trail like. The elevation gain nearly stopped me short today and I’m anxious about my 25mins on Sun. My brother has said he’ll show me a nice loop for it, so fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Thinking it will make going into wk7 a bit of a breeze when I get back to my regular route though 😂 #alwayslookingfortheupside #elevationbatsignalcryforhelp😂

Brilliant! Welcome to hill country! You'll be fine, just slow for the hills and shorten your step. Concentrate on the ground in front not the top and you'll power up, literally! 👍💪😁

Thank you! Completed week 6 in beautiful Surrey, if anything, I’m sure the elevation has done me favours heading into week 7 😂💪🏻
