Hi All, R1W4 completed but I don’t know how to pace my runs. If I manage to complete without stopping does that mean my pace is OK?

I think that’s the idea. As long as you can complete all runs and walks you’re ok. I believe pace comes later. I’ve just repeated W4 and just completed it at my second attempt as I couldn’t complete the runs. Hope my little input helps 👍🏽

Yes, I would think that means that your pace is fine. From what I’ve read, it’s not about the speed at which you do things it’s more about following the steps on the programme. Sounds to me like you are doing great 😁

Don’t think about pace or distance until after you graduate. As long as your going slow enough to finish the runs, you’re doing fine. You may have to slow down as you get to the longer runs 👌🏽

Slow and steady as long as you can still hold a conversation then you’re doing fine. You’re not in a race or being chased so speed isn’t important building stamina and length of time running is the aim of the programme not distance. The name C25k is a bit misleading I don’t think C230mins has the same ring to it lol.
