Just a ? I know pace is different for everyone but on that Runtastic app it says my pace is 16.45 ? I know that’s snail pace but does it improve at all ?

It will get better, not only as you get fitter and feel more comfortable at a faster pace (you may not even realise that the same amount of effort means going faster) but you're also walking in that calculation too which will make the pace slower.

That is probably in miles, maybe change the measure to km 👍🏼

Yes, over time as you get fitter and your strength and stamina improve, the speed will increase too. I still run very slowly most of the time and doubt I will ever do 5k in 30mins but I can run quite a long way now :)

yes it does in the programme you are building up your fitness an stamina levels and of course every week stretches you, but once you are into the longer runs you do see improvements. Don't worry about it for now though, it's all about the time on your feet, you will see most likely that you are going further each time and that's due to more running and less walking.
