Hiya, I’m going on holiday in a couple of weeks, and by then should be part way through week 4. Do I carry on with the weeks on holiday (going to Menorca btw) or start again when I get home?

I’d pack the runners but enjoy the holiday. Run if you want to, don’t stress if you don’t do 3 a week. You won’t lose much fitness if you don’t run.
Thank you. I’ll pack my trainers and see how I feel. I’m always the first one up in my family so would be nice to fit in an early morning run before it gets too hot
I'm on holiday too and queried about whether to continue running or not. I'd say take your running kit and see how you feel. I'm on first week of holiday and ready for third run - amazing how much you'll want to keep going 🏃🏃🏃
Ooh Katey definitely try to carry on! Some of my best experiences of running has been away from home. I was a bit apprehensive but I absolutely loved it. Now wherever I go I pack the gear! I’m running! Great feeling! Enjoy! ❤️
Hi I'd just carry on with the weeks if you can (just stay well hydrated and go when it's cool ie morning or evening) but if you decide not to run your fitness should be maintained for 2 weeks so you could pick up where you left off
