Hi today, for the first time since starting this I hit the 20 min mark and had to stop running. It felt like someone had punch me in the side. Is that what a stitch feels like to anyone else or have I pushed myself too much speed wise. I noticed today I was further than normal so maybe I just hadn’t paved myself enough. I had to walk the rest of the way back

Sounds like a stitch, yes.
