Completed wk1 of B210k... ☺☺☺

4 x 10 mins with a 1 min walk between each one. Feels pretty awesome, split times lower than 5k but taking it easier, its a journey not a sprint. Wk2 starts tonight.... 3 x 15 with a 1 min walk between each one, can't wait ☺☺
