That's W8 completed, what dedication to do it whilst on a cruise, even if I say it myself.
Going to leave W9 until I get home as I really don't like treadmills. Plus I'm going to get on enjoying my cruise and get my fill of cruise food and booze! Will probably do a couple of short sessions just to keep my legs, lungs and heart going!
See you in W9. Woohoo graduation week.ππ

Well done for your commitment. I'm on track to do W8 and W9 while on a cruise from next week. I'm hoping to find a good time when the promenade deck isn't too busy so that I can run outside but the treadmill will be a handy back-up if plan A doesn't work. As for the food, I love the salad buffets and the excellent choice of fish and seafood. Enjoy the rest of your cruise.
Not easy on this ship, the promenade deck is blocked off to stop people running at certain times, early morning when it's cool because of cabins below.
ππ itβs all fuel, some just needs a little bit longer to refine thatβs all. Enjoy!
As the heat is making me go late with my activities my food and alcohol intakes have both dropped naturally. Looking forward to some colder weather and a few pints of isotonic b-vitamin complex drinks after a run soon.
