Running & Endometriosis

Hi all, I literally was a beginner when I started this programme. Just completed week 6 and I’m totally hooked. I have a history of endo and often experience period like pains when I get back from a run, they don’t last long and then disappear. However, after today’s run I have experienced excruciating endometriosis pains all day, uncomfortable to even walk. Just reaching out to see if anyone else has same experiences? Thank you.

Oh no poor you! I can’t help but I hope you can keep running. Good luck! Hopefully it’ll not be a regularity 👍🏽

Hi there. I can't help with your particular medical issue, but that sounds dreadful. Do you have any upcoming appointments with medical professionals? Just might be worth asking if they have any advice. When you head out again, take it really slowly. Best wishes.
