Too Hot Outside

It's been very hot (above 37 °C) lately and I've been running indoors on a small track. It gets really boring running in circles. Wondering which would be the best alternative: treadmill or elliptical. Or perhaps both to mix it up a bit. Don't want to be set back and want to keep up the momentum that I've reached thus far in my C2K5 training. Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.

It’s a tough one. Hydration gonna hit hard at these temperatures, early morning guys sweat more overnight, and day runners can rehydrate after sleep but then face huge temperatures. There’s a reason the London marathon is in April!

As for alternative running methods, whichever suits you the best. As long as you hit it on something you’re advancing through the plan nicely.
