I made myself get out the door at 6.30am because I talked myself out of it last night ~ because it was just too hot 🌞💦 Well guess what, it was still too hot at 6.30 this morning; I only managed 20minutes (and that had a 1minute break) - have to be honest I felt there was a teeny sense of "all dressed up and nowhere to go!" 🙄 But at least I went out ~ just came back quickly 😂 Tomorrow I will don my ice towel sur la tête ~ who knows what could happen... 🤓

It is too hot! I was out at 5.30 to try and beat the heat. Problem is it’s dangerous if you leave it too late. Well done for doing what you could without harming yourself! 😎

It is too hot. My ice towels have arrived so I will be trying one out tomorrow evening very late!! They do seem to stay cold if they are damp!! 🤪🤪

We went out last night around 6 and I found it so hard!!!! I did 20 mins but every step was so tough, just felt completely drained and couldn't wait for it to be over. Must say I too am looking forward to some coolness. I had done 30 mins on Sunday morning and it was cooler then and I really enjoyed that one, I am deffo a morning runner. Roll on Autumn 🍂
