How do I get my Graduation Badge?

I've completed my programme of C25K and have notified the admin team but I'm still not showing as a graduate....does anyone know what I have to do please.

It’s only a badge next to your name on your profile unfortunately, not a real one. You can buy real ones and tshirt here:
