I have completed w5r2.... in this heat... with ease. It makes me wonder what I will be capable of when it could down and been going few more weeks.

Started to enjoy running now I've mixed it up.... change of runs outdoors and the treadmill with my daughter. Much prefer outdoors though.

It's hard in this heat... but we are doing it... and think 9f what you will be capable of as the weather cools 😃😃😃

Well done for making it this far, with your positive attitude you'll surely smash the remaining runs! The heat is a killer, so to manage your runs in that is amazing. Trust me, the program works, I've done it, lots of people have done it, your next run is a brilliant one, I promise you will feel chuffed to bits when you finish it

Yeah, that heat is nasty and makes hydration a real problem, and hinders the natural cooling system we have. Oh for an air conditioned indoor track!
