Hi all
I’m about 6 weeks post my C25k program and I’m still running for 30 mins 3 times a week and loving it! I never even ran for a bus before so I’m so proud of myself and amazed by how much I’m enjoying it - not only the feeling afterwards but even the running itself recently, which I never thought I’d say!
I also LOVE my new runner’s legs! I’m venturing out in short shorts, something I never used to do, and my legs look great. The only problem is that I’m now feeling dissatisfied by how my tummy and upper body look in comparison. I think I need to work on some toning but I’m not sure where to start. Does anyone know of a good workout program a bit like C25k but for upper body and tummy toning? I’d like to do something with some structure really as that worked so well for me with C25k. I can’t see myself sticking to it otherwise.
Any ideas?
