Too hot for running

It’s really waaaay too hot to run but I got up at 7 and did one anyway. Pleased it’s done but it was tough today. X

I’m only just hanging in there with this running malarkey Ang!! One a week tops. Maybe school hols will make me do more.

Well done, that’s what me and my friend do. 7am is cooler and really gets us set up for the day. I wouldn’t cope going in the evening, too tired to try that. X

Your'e absolutely right it is a killer! It is so much harder to run in the heat. I'm planning to kick myself out of bed at 6am tomorrow because otherwise this heat will kill me!!
