Green fly, sun set & Labi Siffre

I waited until 8.15pm ~ it was still sooo hot n sticky! I regretted wearing my pink running vest as my aubergine face began to clash with it - and then wondered which of my 3 😱!! (Thanks Dralimc & Tasha99 🤣🤣 - and thanks Amazon!) ice towels will co-ordinate best with my aubergine face!! Get me. I do love a good clash 🤓 I used the Nike+ guided Headspace app (thanks Fabulous450 ) which I quite liked 😊 As I neared the end of the run a green fly flew into my eye, the sun was setting and Labi Siffre sang to me ❤ Finishing in style looking like a human aubergine with quite a bad eye tic 😳

Yes, it sounds like a very hot run! Think we might all need an ice towel with the heat forecast in the week ahead too. Shame though, they do look too small for my head! 😂

Still thinking about that poor fly ☹️ Something Inside - one from my Grad playlist 😊 Headspace run on Nike+ run club ~ Andy Puddicombe & a Nike coach - guided mindful running... T'was great, but probs shouldn't have had my music on 🤣🙈🤓 (but then wouldn't have had Labi 🤔) Will do it again tomorrow without the music.... that'll be a first 😳
