Yay! That's Week 2 done and dusted It felt a lot easier than R2 but then I guess progression is at play. Can't wait for W3R1 as that's the one that I'd got to last time before my achilles had had enough Thinking less of my achilles and concentrating more on relaxing and enjoying the runs. Next update, Monday.

I’ve had a long walk instead. Not running regularly enough. But I have my son’s wedding in a few days and all the family stuff that entails so I can’t see me running til late next week at least. 🤷🏼♀️It’s good to know, though, that I can always start C25K all over again and be successful. Plus, the half stone I lost is staying off! 👍🏼
