Owe!!!! So I'm on week 3 r2 and every since w1 I've been getting pain in my ankles, but not when I run. When I walk the pain is there (including the 5 min walk before the run) but as soon as I start jogging they don't hurt. I have decent running shoes and stretch before and after the run. Any thoughts? Cheers folks

You’re running it off! It’s a good sign If you are new to exercise- which you probably are - having pitched up here to do c25k - then you’re probably stiff in the ankles, knees etc Which is why this programme works so well It’s gradual. You need only go very very slowly, minimising the effect on your joints. You can expect to feel discomfort as your body is protesting at the new level of exertion

Keep going nice and slowly. If you need to take an extra day between sessions then do so 👍😃
