Well there is life after couch to five k! Had my first post graduation run tonight on the treadmill as usual. It was pretty humid tonight and I put a couple of degrees of incline on for the first 10 minutes then levelled out for the rest.

Still buzzing that I made it this far and really don't plan on stopping my 3 runs a week. Plan is to consolidate the 30 minute runs over the next 3 weeks. Then after that? Who knows! I do intend to get outside at some point and shed the comfort of the treadmill. Not that it's bad where I live, I'm more at risk of getting mugged by a sheep.

Bizarre tunes for tonight were:

Well worth a punt if you you're looking for something a bit quirky.

Keep on running!

Sounds like a nice run! Don’t think I could go back to a treadmill now!

3 weeks consolidation then B210K?

Will give the tune a listen 👍

I have to admit that the idea of a programme like bridge to 10k sounds really appealing. Especially after finding what c25k was able to do to my lazy old bones! What are you working on lizard??

Nice one Kevin! I did about 3 weeks of running 5ks and really enjoyed it. Now upping the distance (as you know). Have fun! Run outside and try not to get drawn in by segments on Strava! 😀
