So I’m still here - nearly six months on - still can’t run. I’ve a diagnosis finally and am sitting in a hospital about to have electric shockwave therapy on a fluid oedema between the membrane covering my shin and my shin bone. Apparently is pretty successful so hopefully after a max of 3 sessions I may be back to square one again!🤗
Is this going to work???: So I’m still here... - Couch to 5K
Is this going to work???

Hi Lorna. Best of luck with your treatment. My husband had something similar for a heel injury and it was very successful.
