It’s a great program to follow. I just ran wk9 run 1 and it was amazing. After my first run I never thought that I would make it this far. Keep with it. It works! Good Luck

Hey Aaron, Im fairly new myself and I can honestly say the best advice I have been given is to take it slow and drink loads of water the day before as well as during and after.....it really does seem to help with the jelly legs. Good luck!
