Week 8 here I come!

Despite all sorts of hurdles including a very sore eye (chemical reaction to lash dye OUCH such vanity) I have completed W7R3! I was extremely slow in all 3 W7 runs but I did manage to up the pace a fraction in the last minute as suggested by Jo Whiley - well I think I just lengthened my stride a bit so it felt slightly faster. But hey, that's now 4x 25 minute runs, who knew I could do that! Am soooo chuffed!

Well done and ouch! Take it gently now you are at the lovely longer run point... :) The runs are just perfect for letting the new legs begin to find their own happy pace:)

Yes! The legs like the slow pace at some point they will have to work a bit harder!
