I've just started a 5k to 10k app. Not keen on the one I've got so going to try another one but I did enjoy my 1st run. 😊

I’m sure there is a couch to 10k/bridge to 10. I’ve read on here you get the link when you’ve finished but not there yet so don’t know.

Lots of people spend time consolidating their runs so they can do 5k in 3ins.

There are also Park Runs you can do etc

Good luck on your last run 🏃‍♂️

Search for IannodaTruffe and his post FAQ Post C25K WHATS NEXT. All the answers are in there!

One important thing is to take time to get your body stronger running 5ks or 30 minutes before pushing on to longer runs otherwise you are more prone to injury. So spend as long as you need just running 5ks or 30 mins. This time is called consolidation runs.

There are podcasts called stepping stones, if you are into the c25k+ podcasts that people use.

Of course you may just want to stay running 5ks. It's a fair distance and it's enough to make us fitter and stronger. 😀

For now, just enjoy your last run especially the last few minutes! Good luck, you can do it and post us when you nail it!

Pop over to the Bridge to 10K companion site on HealthUnlocked, and look out for ju-ju- 's '10 is the magic number' plan. After a sensible period of consolidation.
