Hello everyone! This is my second time doing the c25k programme. Completed in the first lockdown with lots of help and support from others on here. Then got a job where I walk over 25km daily so had to drop the running. It was such a sad moment for me, as I truly loved being a full time proper runner! Anyhow, I have dropped one day at work now, so am getting back on the c25k horse! Looking forward to completion and getting my graduate badge once again! X

You must be fit as a fiddle with all that walking! Best of luck with C25k round 2! 👋
I have endurance. Not cardio fitness so I want both as I’m greedy ah x see you on here!
Welcome back to the forum.

Enjoy your journey.
Congratulations on all that walking, are you a post lady?, I am sure you will quickly get back to running 🏃🏾 👍
I’m a personal shopper in Tesco. So I pick orders for online shopper. Slow day is 20 km in around 4 and a half hours.
Wow! The average person wouldn't realise how much to-and-fro-ing you do within the shop.
Average shopper hates us too! Loves us during lockdown when we were doing all their shopping, now they hate us being in their aisles when they shop! Awful x bit yeah my feet weren’t my own for the first 3 months but I’m well used to it now x
